Who we are
Amb. Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki Gambari established Yahaya Seriki Foundation (YSF) with the belief that humans could be made to live a happy and meaningful life through the support of others; hence the type of any society is determined by the quality of its people.
Our major goal is to help poor rural people and youths across the nation earn a meaningful life, and to make our societies worthy of living.
What we do
At Amb. Yahaya Seriki Foundation, we improve the general wellness of the human being by encouraging appropriate behaviour. We have a deep involvement in communication for social change.
Our work is organised around four focus areas — Education for All, Youth Empowerment, Community Development and Healthy Kwara — and is delivered through programmes such as the Yahaya Seriki Cash Boost, which provides cash grants to small business owners, women, youth and individuals in Kwara State and beyond.
Our mission
To serve as a charitable and educational organization that allows freedom-loving people to channel their generosity into needs-based humanitarian assistance and other benevolent endeavors based on the principles of voluntary action; and to promote self-help through education about entrepreneurship and markets.
